One of our web servers is currently offline for some maintenance. Whilst the rest of the web servers in the cluster are working as normal, some users may experience some delays during busier periods (as there is one less server in our load balanced cluster than normal). Our sys-admins are on-site at the Data Centre now to bring everything back up to speed. We shall update again when we have a time scale from our onsite engineers Update 1340 Our sys-admins are still working on restoring the full web cluster. It is estimated to take the afternoon before having systems restored. We shall update with their findings again at 1630 Update 1626 Our engineers report that the web server will be offline overnight. They aim to have everything running by the morning, so we shall update again at 0900. Users may still notice slower speeds this evening because of this. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. |
