ky/pika has no internet at the moment and is stepping down from Event's Co for a while, we have decided to open applications for his replacement. If you think you can run and organise our pvm events such as td's Gwds Dk's and corp then please apply. Some other jobs you'll be required to do:

  • Attend lots of events
  • Help to Mass people for Events
  • Arranging new events
  • Thinking of new event ideas
  • Help write and improve TBE event guides
  • You are also required to be on Irc as much as possible

2. Length of TBE service: Around 1½ months now since I rejoined, nearly year in total.
3. Average event activity points per month(just take a guess): Joined midway thru last month and got 6 I think and this month will be around 20.
4. Whats your favourite TBE event?: Castle wars and Corp beast are both very fun.
5. What positions do you currently hold and what positions have you had previously in TBE or another clan?: Was mentor or w/e it was called back then in 2007. Have been leader of two small clans and event coord in bit bigger one.
6. We have some events with our allies, do you have a forum account on TDM forums? Nope
7. Give an example of one NEW event idea we do not currently do on the TBE calendar (do not copy other peoples applications!): Not sure if we already do these but I haven't seen one since I rejoined.. Barbarian Assault is one and Sorceress' Garden is another one that comes to mind right now.
8. What attributes will you bring to this position?: I am active in IRC, forums and in game. I attend events quite often and would love to join events coord team!
9. Are you good at using forums?(posting?/moderating?/admin?): Yes to atleast first two ;)
10. If you have anything else to add that supports you application for event coordinator then post here: I feel that my experiences from both RuneScape and real life leadership duties would be in my aid should I become events coord. I have once held this same post, not in TBE but slightly smaller clan and really enjoyed it. I always try to help people who need helping if I in anyway can help.

3. Average event activity points per month(just take a guess): Around about 19 events per month, recently dropped as i just got back mid way through the month from holiday in Prague
4. Whats your favourite TBE event?: Corp & Vex drives & Dagganoth King's

Give an example of one NEW event idea we do not currently do on the TBE calendar (do not copy other peoples applications!): Well, everything, in my opinion has been done, but i wouldn't mind seeing a bit more Barbarian assault and Various/Unique bosses [ Kalphite queen, KBD, The giant mole under Fally park]

What attributes will you bring to this position?:To this position I will bring, My personal knowledge of Runescape's "Player Vs Monster" system, my ability to help people who are having troubles [My mentor position essentially] and finally my calm and steady tone in situations where most would panic and give up :D
9. Are you good at using forums? (posting?/moderating?/admin?): I think so, i "Moderate" the introductions and applications and try and stay as active on the forums as i can =]

If you have anything else to add that supports you [<--Typo Jungle] application for event coordinator then post here: I think i'm ready to take the roll of Event's co-ordinator, i think i'm well known enough in the clan to influence people and i believe i have the authority that even without a position people will listen to me and if they do not believe in what i say i will gladly hear them out, we arn't all perfect xD.

3. Average event activity points per month(just take a guess): well having a holiday this month it would not be totally accurate, 20. Easily making 30+ in the coming months and year to come!
4. Whats your favourite TBE event?: Im a personal fan of Penguin hunting and events that bring the community together and not just a Godwars trip, although i am very fond of boss hunting also.
5. What positions do you currently hold and what positions have you had previously in TBE or another clan?: I haven't held any ranks within TBE, However in previous clans i have been a leader, A co-leader, Website admin, Pk Leader( Provisional), Head Event coordinator. And also beening key member of top teams. Also had a small Boss hunting team set up that i lead alongside 2 others.
6. We have some events with our allies, do you have a forum account on TDM forums? Nope, that can be arranged.
7. Give an example of one NEW event idea we do not currently do on the TBE calendar (do not copy other peoples applications!): A God Wars Marathon, Each person taking part will get the 40 kill count for each boss ( Not nex) and then we will go into that boss room and kill the boss the amount of times as people that attend the event,for example if 8 people attend we kill that boss 8 times before moving on to the next boss. and repeat. The trick to this event is to be able to last the whole marathon on the food and inventory you pack at the start of the trip, Including summoning pets. WITHOUT banking.
8. What attributes will you bring to this position?: i am a confident person who doesn't step back and watch others do the work. I lead from the front and try to be as open as possible so that people can ask me what they want and not feel afraid. I bring ideas of a range of fun, exciting and profitable events.
9. Are you good at using forums? (posting?/moderating?/admin?): I have worked with forums before and set up some of my own in the past.
10. If you have anything else to add that supports you application for event coordinator then post here: I am a good person to work with and with past experience i think i can bring fun, creative ideas to the post.

3. Average event activity points per month(just take a guess): first month wasnt so high this month is at around 10 so far
4. Whats your favourite TBE event?:anything that involves killing something ^_^
5. What positions do you currently hold and what positions have you had previously in TBE or another clan?: I haven't held any positions in TBE as of yet. I did used to be a mentor then went on to be events co-ordinator then council in my first clan TBC, I was also council and events co-ordinator of a clan called asylum that we opened up as TBC closed which included organising and running or events for our GMT and EST members.
6. We have some events with our allies, do you have a forum account on TDM forums? I don't at the minute but i'm sure i'd be able to take the time to create one.

Give an example of one NEW event idea we do not currently do on the TBE calendar (do not copy other peoples applications!): The Chaos tunnels challenge..... we all equip full bronze with an invent of tuna and normal strength and attack pots and all enter the chaos tunnels at the same point. as the portals do randomly tele into different areas its a good team based event to see how the clan come together to look after each other through the chaos tunnels especially as people will be seperated and all meet at the final room, which would be decided on that day to see how many of tbe can survive
8. What attributes will you bring to this position?:I have a good listening ability so i'll take time and effort to listen to our clan members to see which events they would like to see more of or in some cases less of, as well as think up new ideas to spice up pvm which would then be run past the members for their opinions and then if all goes well a chance to put them into action. As i pvm a lot also i'll be able to provide members with gear and invent set ups for the events too as well as advice and tactics.
9. Are you good at using forums? (posting?/moderating?/admin?):I used to do the admin work on the asylum site, post event lists, gear pics, advice on the boss we where killing etc. I might be a little rusty but i'm sure if i got the position i'd soon brush back up on the necessary skills.

PvM is pretty much all i do in game. i have a varied knowledge of all bosses in the game and like to think i have the ability to be a good pvm co-ordinator. i'd always be open for members to ask questions about the pvm events and also be able to post a detailed description, invent and gear set up pictures for the specific events and think of ways we'd be able to make them more fun or spice them up a bit and most of all.... make pvm fun for all
