We need someone who will be able to do the following:

1. Be reliable. If an event is set at a specific time, you must be there. (Plan around your real life commitments!)

2. Be able to communicate well in the fc, encouraging others to attend in a positive way, yet respectful of their ingame goals, and wish not to attend.

3. Be able to take an ingame screenshot and display it on these forums in order to show who attended the event.

Well, as i have been a previous member of TBE, I have knowledge on how to organize an event, which I have been doing the past week or so, to try and spice up our daily clan life.
I can only encourage people to join in on events, prior to actually organizing, I think a main part of going to an event, is that it has been chosen by our members, therefore getting a wider view of what people enjoy and would attend, and not attend.

Being at an event on time, Is NO PROBLEM whatsoever, punctuality is key. whilst being an Events Coordinator.
Advertisement of an event is also a big part, ensuring we get numbers to attend and recruit. Therefore hopefully expanding our clan-base further, meaning more people.. Better events like Daggs, KBD, KQ..

As I have put on some events beforehand I have taken screenshots of activity, but as i didn't take proper time out to advertise the event, the numbers were a little on the small side!

But i would really like to change this, and maybe have 3-5 events a week, IF successful I would like to be taken into consideration for this placement!
