Clan leadership experience:

The Future Elites
In TFE, I was given Assistant Leader to manage the Warlord side of things and Head of Recruitment.

The British Elites
In TBE Assistant leader was presented to me when I became Head Pk Leader, and eventually Warlord. I maintained these two ranks for a period of time and sucessfully manged to keep TBE at #1 F2P on RSB, and also maintain clan relationships.

Collision
Although not a leader, During the period when Divine Kings destroyed our website and were close to closing our clans, our leaders were inactive. I rebuilt a site and instructed other officials (I was event coordinator) and ended up leading Collision in wars against Divine Kings, eventually defeating them and ending the rift between the clans after DK backed down.

Real world leadership experience:

Playing as captain of my town football team taught me alot about teamwork. Main things I learnt from this experience were keeping everyone's attitude positive, there is always a chance of victory and never give off to anyone, people make mistakes and everything can be fixed.

Any other relevent experience:
(Such as administration or communication or clan war experience)

  • Called for clan Europe during some of their wars, which improved my organisation during wars.
  • The Titans sniper squad really improved my tanking abilities and eye for spotting out weaknesses in clans.
  • Calling for collision lead me into alot of relationships with other clans.
  • My connections in clans is impressive, Every new clan I hear of I try to become friendly with, and I believe this is an important factor for TBE because there will be mutual respect between clans.

I've not had the best of relations with TBE over the years, but they have one thing that you RoT FA fanboys don't have; heart. - - TBC leader
