1. Introduce yourself/Real Life -

Right.. The introduction. Fun times. I'm not very good at this. :P

First off, my name is Linda. Five letters, two syllables, not too hard to pronounce. Unless your name is Tim (Velits) and you were born difficult. He calls me Lin. Don't do that. I've given up on him, but there might be hope for the rest of you. ;)

"Welcome to Tir Na Nog, land of eternal winter and ****loads of snow.". That's a book quote, but I guess it sums up how most people view my country. Myself included. Some of you might have guessed, but for those of you who didn't, I'm talking about Norway.

I'm 29 years old (for another two weeks) and work as a middle school teacher, where I spend the days herding my 18 minions. I'll try to keep the teacher talk to a minimum, but I do love my work, and it's more of a lifestyle than just a job, to be honest. I failed the "grey mouse teacher" class, so my kids ended up with a bookworm/metal music fan/flailing arms combo. Good luck to them.

I keep to the common interests, books/movies/music/crafts, apart from the one thing that marks me as a complete nerd: twice a year me and some friends arrange a Harry Potter camp for teenagers. It's pretty much a crossover between LARP and a summer camp, and we've been doing this since 2008. My main job is to take care of the kids (around 90 of them) and do most of the administrative work. I'm a huge fan of lists.. B)

2. Runescape Life -
I made this account while in teacher training back in 2006, just to see what my students were talking about. I wasn't even going to actually play! And here I am, ten years later.. The character name wasn't very well thought through, just a random name from a book I read at the time. Somehow it stuck. I've been playing on and off since I made the character, with some pretty big gaps in between, but came back in September 2016.

3. Clan Life -

Clan Name - Surreal
I joined them last September, when I came back, and left a couple months ago because I couldn't watch the leaders doing nothing to keep the clan alive anymore. I was staff at some point, but went back to being a regular member because of the aforementioned issue. Not that it mattered, the other members treated me as staff anyway, but my blood pressure benefited from not having that role on paper.

4. Why i want to join -
I went clanless for a while, but Tim (Velits) refused to leave me alone, so I figured I'd give it a try. I'm not online 24/7 anymore, though.

5. Contact me -
Feel free to pm me ingame. I also have discord, as well as various social media, although the latter ones are reserved for people I've actually talked to for a bit.
